All benefits of Wave Club will apply if customer performs all required seasonal check ups. It is customer’s responsibility to contact us to schedule seasonal check-up. Seasonal checks are performed before summer and winter season, preferably in March & April, and October & November. All seasonal check-ups are performed during regular business hours, 8.00am-5.00pm, Monday through Friday.
*Refrigerant, line set and ductwork are not covered under warranty (if they were not the scope of repair)
** If for any check-up, two consecutive appointments are cancelled by customer on the appointment date, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
